Coding at home for a few hours...

isn't too bad when things are going smoothly and a can of Heineken helps, too. haha

C# really is like Java.
It's probably easier and more fool-proof than Java.

Having worked on an embedded system with C for quite a while, I always think about how some segments of my codes will affect the overall performance, but with C#, there probably isn't much I can do about it. (or maybe there is... I don't know...)

Linux, Windows, C, Java, C#..........
these are all the stuff that I deal with nowadays.

I can deal with any of them okay, but....
the trouble is that I am especially good at none of the above -_-;

Winter is here.

(A peaceful night of the Winter in Waterloo this year, taken from someone's blog...)

Winter is here.
Cold is also here with me.
So is a big loneliness.
Funny I find myself being lonely in this city full of people.

Thank god, one of my best friends in University flies from NY this weekend!

Ooh... It sucks to be sick
when you are by yourself and there is noone around you.

A time like this makes me homesick, too.
Also having Christmas in a week or so doesn't help much either.

I miss a good homemade meal so is someone who greets me when I get back home from work.

A world full of interesting stuff

Meeting people from various other companies, it makes me think there are lots and lots of things to do and learn in this world.

Then, it reminds me once again I still have got a long long way to go and I have to work harder.
On the other hand, the fact that there still are a lot of untapped opportunities excites me and makes me smile at the end of a day.

Whenever I hear or see new stuff, I find it interesting and I still think I can do it even if I start from scratch from today.

Of course, whether I can capitalize on those opportunites depends on how I work and train myself.

I trust myself that I can do it.
And I most likely will.
